Before You Book

Client Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for everyone, please respect the following guidelines:

Our massage services are provided exclusively for relaxation, wellness, and professional therapeutic care.
Our therapists do not provide or accept any form of sexual service or inappropriate physical contact.
Gentle caressing or light stroking of the legs and torso is permitted only where appropriate and mutually comfortable during the treatment.
Grabbing, groping, rough handling, or any unwanted physical contact is strictly prohibited.
Any contact beyond what has been mutually and explicitly agreed upon before the session is not permitted.
Recording, filming, photographing, or any type of audio surveillance is strictly prohibited.
Abusive language, harassment, intimidation, or coercion toward our therapists will not be tolerated.
Failure to respect these boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Health & Eligibility

For the safety of both clients and therapists, please note the following:

Our services are available only to clients aged 18 years and above.
Service will be refused to anyone who is heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
We are unable to provide massage services to clients with heart disease, contagious illnesses, infectious skin conditions, or sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
We reserve the right to refuse service to minors, individuals working within the same industry, gang affiliates, or anyone who may compromise the safety of our therapists.
If your preferred therapist is unavailable, you may either choose another therapist or cancel your booking.

Before Your Session

To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to:

Shower before your appointment whenever possible.
Prepare a clean, comfortable, and private space for your treatment.
Be ready at your scheduled appointment time.
Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements that may affect your massage experience.

Lateness Policy

Our therapists always strive to arrive on time for every appointment. However, traffic conditions in Bali may occasionally cause delays.

We recommend booking your appointment several hours in advance or ideally one day before your preferred schedule.
If our therapist arrives later than expected due to traffic, your session will still follow the original booking duration whenever possible.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting everyone's time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible.
Last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Once our therapist has started traveling to your location, cancellations are no longer permitted.
Clients who do not attend their appointment after the therapist has arrived (no-show) will not be offered another appointment.
Thank you for respecting our therapists' time and commitment.
